Reischauer, which has been firmly rooted in Idar-Oberstein for many decades and is now part of the HM Precious Metals Group, impressively demonstrated at the meeting how tradition and international expansion can be successfully combined. Thomas Köninger and Erik Schröck explained the diverse opportunities offered by internationalization: Today, the company serves customers worldwide and boasts a customer base comprising a wide variety of nationalities.
During the tour of the production facility, the custom-made products and the significant investments made in recent years in modern production processes were particularly striking.
Another key topic is responsibility for the environment and the future: Reischauer places a high priority on the sustainability of the raw materials it uses. In addition to the technical aspects, the experts on the management team also shared their specialized knowledge, clearly explaining the subtle but significant differences between coins and medals.
