  • Civil servant (m/f/d) in the 3rd entry-level position or administrative specialist (m/f/d) to support the team of the municipal building department

    The main job contents include in particular

    • Management of public roads, paths and squares of fundamental and special importance, in particular dedication and de-dedication
    • Responsible for carrying out assessments for development and expansion contributions in the areas of one-off contributions and recurring contributions, including the final introduction of recurring contributions, all correspondence including legal protection proceedings
    • Cost reimbursement amounts according to §135a BauGB
    • Opinions on building applications and urban land-use plans within the scope of the job content
    • Budgeting and cost accounting as part of the job content

    The right is reserved to transfer further tasks from the area of the municipal building authority.

    Your requirements profile:

    • Good knowledge of administrative law and sound specialist knowledge in the application of the law combined with a quick grasp of the situation
    • Good knowledge and skills in the use of IT as well as the willingness to familiarize yourself with any specialist applications
    • Good interpersonal skills, strong communication skills and a friendly manner

    The prerequisite for filling the position is:

    • Successful completion of training as an administrative assistant (m/f/d) or similar vocational training conducive to the performance of duties, in conjunction with passing the second examination for employees in the municipal administration and cashier service (Verwaltungsfachwirt (m/f/d))

    or

    • a successfully completed university of applied sciences degree as Bachelor of Arts - Public Administration, Diplomverwaltungswirt (m/f/d) / career qualification for the 3rd entry-level position in the field of administration and finance in the state of Rhineland-Palatinate


    This is a permanent position, which is generally suitable for part-time work, but is to be filled on a full-time basis. Depending on qualifications and fulfillment of personal and career requirements, the position will be graded according to salary group A 11 LBesG or pay group 10 TVöD.

    Severely disabled persons (m/f/d) with equal professional and personal qualifications will be given preferential consideration for the position.

  • Head (m/f/d) of customer service for water and wastewater

    The main job contents include in particular

    • Independent and responsible processing of the water supply and wastewater disposal tariff and customer area
    • Annual billing, 2-monthly billing for large consumers
    • Meter, order and customer management
    • House connections (existing customers, new buildings, developments)
    • General administrative activities
    • Real estate matters

    To fill this position, we are looking for a committed, customer-oriented person who ideally has specialist knowledge of the utilities industry and of administrative and statutory law. You should be familiar with new information and communication technologies, especially Office applications. In addition to an open, friendly and team-oriented manner, the field of work requires a prudent, conscientious and forward-looking approach, commitment and reliability.

    The prerequisite for filling the position is:

    • Preferably completed training as an administrative assistant (m/f/d) or successfully completed administrative course I (formerly employee course I)

    alternatively

    • completed at least three years of commercial vocational training


    This is a permanent full-time position, which is generally suitable for part-time work, but is to be filled on a full-time basis. The employment relationship is based on the collective agreement of the public service (TVöD) with the usual social benefits in the public service. Depending on qualifications and fulfillment of personal requirements, the position will be classified according to pay group 9a TVöD.

    Applications from severely disabled persons (m/f/d) are expressly welcome. They will be given preferential consideration for the position if they have the same professional and personal qualifications.
