Service description
Upon request, you will receive information about the data stored about you in the residents' register.
The information includes:
- the data stored about you in the population register,
- the recipients of regular data transfers, and
- the purposes and legal bases
- storage and
- the regular transmission of data.
If the data transfer is carried out by means of an automated retrieval procedure or an automated simple disclosure of information from the register of residents, you can request information about
- the types of data transmitted
- as well as their recipients.
Procedure
You can apply for self-disclosure from the population register in person or in writing to the relevant office.
Some municipalities offer the option of requesting simple information from the population register online.Prerequisites
You must submit an informal application to the registration office.

What deadlines do I have to observe?
Data transfers via an automated retrieval procedure or the data of the automated simple information from the population register are deleted after at least 12 months, at the latest at the end of the calendar year following the storage.
