At the end of June, the Regulshausen Daycare Center opened its doors to parents, children, and all interested guests. Amid sunny weather and a warm, welcoming atmosphere, many wonderful encounters took place. The guests took the opportunity to learn about the center’s facilities and educational approach while enjoying a varied and enjoyable day.
The team of educators had put together a varied program for guests of all ages. The various outdoor play stations, in particular, quickly became a big hit with the children. Given the summery temperatures, the stations with water and the temporary tattoos were especially popular. Whether it was aimed water squirting, water games, the storytime station, or the art station—the children clearly enjoyed the various activities.
There was also plenty of food to enjoy. The grill, where delicious sausages and grilled cheese were served, was very popular. Those with a sweet tooth were in for a treat at the extensive cake buffet. Thanks to generous donations from the parents, there was a wide selection of homemade cakes, along with fresh coffee and tea.
The open house not only offered a glimpse into everyday educational life, but also strengthened the sense of community among teachers, parents, and the entire neighborhood. Guests lingered on the colorfully decorated grounds until late in the afternoon, enjoying the harmonious celebration as it came to a leisurely close.
