On Tuesday, May 14, 2024, the Realschule plus Idar-Oberstein, Rostocker Straße 2, will once again open its doors to all interested regional companies to gather information on the second information day on the topic of career orientation and KoA and to actively participate in shaping the career orientation concept with their suggestions and wishes. The event will take place at 2 p.m. in the school's multi-purpose room. "We are looking forward to a lively attendance and an informative exchange," explains Julia Molter, acting vice principal as didactic coordinator.
From the 2024/2025 school year, the Idar-Oberstein Realschule plus will have a project class called 'Keine(r) ohne Abschluss' (KoA). In this class, young people who would otherwise have left school without a qualification will be guided in small learning groups to vocational maturity and also receive in-depth vocational guidance as part of career orientation measures.
