St. Martin parade 2026

When: Thursday, November 5, 2026, at 5:30 p.m.
Where: Oberstein Pedestrian Zone
Start: 5:30 p.m., Oberstein Market Square Destination: Platz auf der Idar
The lantern parade is co-organized by the Friends of Oberstein Elementary School, the Evangelical Regenbogen Daycare Center, and the Evangelical Pusteblume Daycare Center.
Refreshments will be plentiful. To help us plan better, we ask that you pre-order your sausages. For drinks, we’re offering prepaid cards (€10) this year, which you can purchase in advance to avoid long wait times at the ticket booth during the parade.

Unused sausage vouchers or gift cards can be returned at the box office. You will then receive a refund.

As every year, every child will receive a St. Martin’s pretzel as a gift.
