Service description
Due to their nature or operation, installations may cause harmful effects on the environment or otherwise endanger, significantly disadvantage or significantly inconvenience the general public or the neighborhood.
If you want to set up and operate such a system, you need a permit from the responsible authority.
Stationary waste disposal facilities for the storage or treatment of waste are also subject to approval.

The amount of the fee is variable and usually depends largely on the installation costs.
What deadlines do I have to observe?
You must apply to the competent authority before installing and operating the system.
The competent authority will decide on your application for approval within 7 months of receipt of the application and the documents to be submitted. The competent authority may extend the deadline by three months in each case if this is necessary due to the difficulty of the examination or for reasons for which you as the applicant are responsible.
