Requesting information for the registration certificate part II (leasing certificate information)

To register a financed or leased vehicle, your lender or lessor will normally send the vehicle registration document directly to the relevant registration authority. Vehicle registration or re-registration can only take place at the authority once the document has been received.

You can request information from your registration authority as to whether the vehicle registration document has already been received there.
