Motorcycles (also with sidecar) with an engine capacity of more than 50 cc or with a maximum speed of more than 45 km/h as determined by the type of construction

A1

Class A motorcycles with an engine capacity of no more than 125 cc and a rated power of no more than 11 kW (light motorcycles)

B

Motor vehicles ? except motorcycles ? with a maximum authorized mass (equivalent to the maximum authorized weight) of not more than 3,500 kg and with not more than eight seats in addition to the driver's seat, also with trailers with a maximum authorized mass of not more than 750 kg or with a maximum authorized mass up to the amount of the unladen mass of the towing vehicle, provided that the maximum authorized mass of the combination does not exceed 3,500 kg.

C

Motor vehicles ? except motorcycles ? with a maximum authorized mass of more than 7,500 kg and with no more than eight seats in addition to the driver's seat, including trailers with a maximum authorized mass of no more than 750 kg
