Motor vehicles—excluding motorcycles—with a maximum authorized mass (equivalent to maximum authorized weight) not exceeding 3,500 kg and with no more than eight seats in addition to the driver’s seat, including a trailer with a maximum authorized mass not exceeding 750 kg or with a maximum authorized mass equal to the unloaded mass of the towing vehicle, provided that the maximum authorized mass of the combination does not exceed 3,500 kg
