Preliminary building application
Service description
With the preliminary building inquiry, individual questions about a planned building project can be clarified in advance of a building application without incurring high planning costs. The preliminary building inquiry can be submitted informally.
The documents must be submitted in duplicate. The preliminary building application must be accompanied by a current site plan. Any existing and the planned building structure must be marked on this plan. If specialist authorities need to be consulted in order to assess the preliminary building application, a sufficient number of additional copies should be enclosed. The building supervisory authority will also be happy to answer any questions you may have. Consultations lasting up to 15 minutes and simple information are free of charge.
