    Service description

    With the Act Amending the Basic Law of September 1, 2006 ("Federalism Reform"), social housing promotion has been transferred to the exclusive legislative competence of the federal states. Insofar as the Federal Housing Promotion Act (WoFG) is not replaced by state regulations, it remains valid.

    In Rhineland-Palatinate, the State Housing Promotion Act (LWoFg) of 22.11.2013 now applies.
