Cemetery Acquire right of use

  • Service description

In municipal cemeteries, row graves must always be provided (note: the right of use cannot be extended). These can be either urn graves or graves for burial.

The municipality can also provide optional graves (right of use can be extended and you can choose the location), also for both types of burial or as mixed graves.

The municipalities or, in the case of church cemeteries, the sponsors of church burial grounds (= church parish) regulate the use of the cemetery by means of bylaws or user regulations.
