Surveying and cadastre

  • Service description

The Surveying and Cadastre department is entrusted with the basic surveying for urban land-use plans (land-use plan and development plans) and for expansion plans for existing roads.

    This includes, among other things

    • the creation of as-built and elevation plans in which the topography (buildings, roads, paths, stairs, walls, driveways, embankments, vegetation, etc.) as well as the elevation situation must be shown to scale and in detail,
    • the recording and presentation of longitudinal and transverse profiles, i.e. terrain sections along or transverse to the road axis of a new road or a road to be upgraded.

The surveying department must create the basis for the urban inventory registers, i.e. lighting, green areas and street registers, by recording

    • of all municipal street lamps and traffic lights
    • all urban green spaces such as cemeteries, playgrounds, outdoor areas of schools and kindergartens, parks, roadside greenery and individual trees
    • the entire urban traffic areas (roads, sidewalks) and traffic signs

Our tasks also include surveying support for municipal construction projects, such as locating boundary points and setting out or restoring axis points.

    Current measurements:

    - Inventory of the main road

    - Inventory of Tiefensteiner Strasse
