Service description
The department is responsible for all of the city administration's press work. It issues press releases, answers inquiries from the media and contributes to the city administration's publications. The area of responsibility also includes the preparation of press and representation appointments for the city council, the exhibitions in the foyer and various events such as the annual New Year's reception. In addition, matters relating to town patronages as well as retirement and marriage anniversaries are dealt with here.
