Service description
Service descriptionThe administrative offenses for which the municipalities in Rhineland-Palatinate are responsible can be roughly divided as follows:
- General administrative offenses such as violations of the Restaurant Act, the State Building Code, the Pollution Control Act, the Sunday and Public Holidays Act, the Registration Act, the Identity Card Act, the State Dogs Act, local bylaws, etc.
- Stationary traffic (stopping and parking violations), violations of road traffic regulations
- Moving traffic (speeding)
In addition to the police, the cities and municipalities monitor both stationary and moving traffic in their respective areas.
