Lord Mayor Frank Frühauf and the city's business development department are inviting entrepreneurs and interested parties to an exciting lecture on the topic of artificial intelligence. On Tuesday, October 14, 2025, at 6.30 p.m., Aprajita Jain, Chief Brand & Creative Marketing Evangelist at Google, will give exclusive insights into the future of work at the Parkhotel Idar-Oberstein under the title "The human edge: leading successfully - AI as a partner, not an opponent".
In her presentation, the Google manager, who grew up in Idar-Oberstein, will show practical examples of how managers can use AI to strengthen human skills, not replace them. Participants will learn strategies on how AI can be seamlessly integrated into work processes to increase creativity and productivity and which human qualities remain crucial in order to be successful with AI.
Aprajita Jain holds a degree in Business Administration from Saarland University and has also attended the MBA Marketing curriculum at the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley, and the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania. Over the course of her now 21-year Google career, she initially focused on various performance marketing solutions - including search, dynamic remarketing, prospecting and mobile solutions for the largest advertisers in the retail and travel sectors - before discovering her passion for branding ten years ago. Jain develops a deep understanding of her clients' business challenges and designs customized solutions that are inspiring, educational and immediately actionable to transform businesses.
