Career Fair 2025: Register now as an exhibitor!

In times of an increasing shortage of skilled workers, the careers fair once again offers companies, institutions and educational establishments a highly relevant platform to make direct contact with young talent and skilled workers from the region.

The careers fair is a great opportunity for local institutions, companies and educational establishments to get in touch with potential employees of tomorrow. Last year's exhibitors included the Idar-Oberstein Clinic.

The 2025 edition of this event will take place on Sunday, September 14 and Monday, September 15 in the Idar-Oberstein exhibition hall.

Once again, around 80 exhibitors will meet pupils, students, graduates, returnees and professionals looking to change jobs.

"Employers have the opportunity to showcase their authentic presence, strengthen their employer brand and attract talent at an early stage. The focus is on personal discussions, hands-on activities and a low-threshold exchange - a clear advantage over purely digital formats," emphasize the organizers of the fair.

These are the Birkenfeld district administration and the Birkenfeld district business development agency with the "deinBIR" initiative.
