Julia Abrossinow, Ina Melssen and Anastasia Weber-Schüßler spent three and a half years completing the Employee Course II at the Trier Municipal Institute of Studies. Following their successful examination, they are now entitled to use the professional title of administrative specialist.
"The modern working world requires continuous training and further education. The city administration of Idar-Oberstein therefore also places great value on motivated and qualified employees," emphasized Mayor Frühauf, who also congratulated the three graduates on behalf of Mayor Friedrich Marx. He was proud of the achievements of the three employees, as part-time further training is a great challenge, said the Lord Mayor. In addition to work and family, it can also quickly become a great burden, which is why the good results are a special achievement.

This was also confirmed by the three successful graduates. "Of the original 90 participants, only 70 made it through to the exam and not all of them passed." The successful further training for the senior civil service now provides a solid basis for their future careers, for which the attendees wished them every success.
