Arslan Muneeb is now Chairman of the Advisory Board, Bariga Hussein Ali is 1st Deputy Chairwoman and Shahid Sohail is 2nd Deputy Chairman.
The newly elected advisory board has set itself a lot of goals in order to fulfill its statutory duties and, in particular, to be more visible to the public. At the next meeting on April 29, 2025, for example, the topic of the Wasenstrasse district will be discussed. Representatives from the urban planning department, who are intensively involved in the design of the district, will be invited to attend. The advisory board would like to gain an overview of the current status of the plans so that it can then contribute suggestions and ideas. The BMI would also like to address other issues and, as the board emphasized, strives for close and constructive cooperation with the municipal committees and offices.
