The exhibits - jewelry made from natural objects and wall objects - are lovingly and creatively arranged. The objects are presented in various places in the library, they can be found in old cupboards and display cabinets, earrings hang from old coffee cups. Every Wednesday afternoon from 12 to 5 p.m., the artist is in person at the library to talk to visitors.
Kristina Boneva is a freelance jewelry designer whose studio is located in the Tiefenstein district of Idar-Oberstein. She has already exhibited her work throughout Europe. She has created the 1.5 meter tall reverse glass painting "Magic of our world" for the town library. Her husband, restorer Paul Markus Deus, created the artwork "Transmisswell" with illuminated objects for the library. The two versatile artists were also recently guests at the city library as part of the city's summer holiday program with their project "The Mysterious Suitcase".
