Ropeskipping workshop: Head into the vacations with a swing
On April 14, 2025, the focus of the rope skipping workshop with trainer Alicia Lopez was jumping rope in all its variations. After warm-up games and stretching exercises, the participants tried out different jumping techniques, partner exercises and finally their own choreographies. A small competition ensured sporting ambition.
Skate workshop: a complete success despite the rain
On April 17, 2025, nine children braved the rain and made great progress at the skate workshop with coaches André Schnadthorst and Johannes Bühner. After a rain-induced soccer break, the participants cleared the skate park of water together and were finally able to practice new tricks. Music and a spontaneously organized barbecue stand ensured a good atmosphere.
Batik workshop: Colorful patterns, creative minds
Things got colorful on April 22, 2025: nine children learned various techniques such as spirals, stripes, knots and marbles at the batik workshop. After designing their own textiles, they worked together to create a large sheet in the afternoon. At the end, all the pieces were washed out - the results were impressive.
Photo workshop "Capture the Moment": light, perspective and image processing
On April 24 and 25, 2025, five participants were able to let off steam creatively in the "Capture the Moment" photography workshop with Steven Werthwein. On the first day, the focus was on camera equipment, portrait photography and light painting. On the second day, participants tried out different perspectives and edited their pictures using professional programs.
