1. "Rhythm Flow": 11.00 - 12.30h - Upper gym - Nikolai Kemeny (SWDC)
Rhythm Flow is a dynamic fusion of dance and music inspired by the vibrant rhythms of Latin America. Increase your flexibility of movement, discover body percussion and connect with others in an intense, collaborative dance experience that brings energy and flow to every step.
2nd "Groove Class": 11.00 - 12.30h - Lower Gymnasium - Roman Proskurin
We immerse ourselves in urban dance styles. These are all dance forms of hip-hop culture. In this workshop, you will have the opportunity to immerse yourself in this dance world through "basics" and "grooves". A good feeling and the joy of movement are at the forefront.
3rd Urban Dance Methods: 13.00 - 14.30h - Lower Gymnasium - Roman Proskurin
Through omnipresent natural movements and spontaneous gestures, we gradually immerse ourselves in more intense movements. The music is our driving force and supports us in exploring new moods. Once in the right mood, we use methodical tools & specific tasks to give our movements new qualities.

This workout uses only your own body weight to train strength, endurance and flexibility. Whether you're a beginner or a pro, you'll work up a sweat and feel your power.

You want to get to know tap dance? This workshop is the perfect start! Together we will discover the basics: first steps, simple rhythms and a feeling for the unique sound of tap dance. Without pressure, but with lots of fun, you can try out what it feels like to tap your own rhythm. Ideal for the curious and anyone who wants to try something new!
6. free dancing for adults: 15.00 - 15.45h - Upper gym - Gesa Volland (SWDC)
Free dancing for adults offers the perfect opportunity to move without a fixed choreography and to experience your own body in a new way. In a relaxed atmosphere, we will give free rein to creativity and use dance as a form of expression. No previous experience is required - everyone is welcome to discover the fun and freedom of dance.
7. ballet for adults: 16.00 - 16.45h - OT - Gesa Volland (SWDC)
The ballet course for adults offers a wonderful opportunity to learn the basics of classical dance.
Short vitas:
Gesa Volland is a dance teacher and choreographer with over 20 years of experience in ballet, contemporary dance and children's dance. She runs the "Tanzerei Flugfisch" in Leipzig, founded the Pirinola Tanzkompanie and collaborates with Tanzlabor Leipzig and the Sebastian Weber Dance Company.
Roman Proskurin is a stage dancer, dance teacher & choreographer and founder of Keraamika's House of Dance, Aalen (2016). He started with Breaking in 1999. Over the past 15 years, he has developed various urban dance styles and performed them on stages in Europe, America and Asia. On his journey through the continents, he gathered valuable knowledge from top-class artists and personalities of the first generation of urban dance culture. Today, he teaches at educational institutions, leads cultural projects and performs on theater and concert stages.
Nikolai Kemeny is from Düsseldorf and combines tap dance, choreography and sports therapy expertise. He shapes the scene with dynamic musicality and elegance. Projects such as COSMIC TAP, award-winning films and workshops combine tradition, modernity and physical expertise.
