Construction fair 2025

We are looking forward to a diverse and high-performance BAUMESSE Idar-Oberstein 2025 from February 21 to 23, 2025. Our exhibitors will be presenting the latest developments in the energy-efficient renovation of existing buildings, as well as optimal construction concepts for new buildings. Whether heating, roof, windows, insulation, PV systems and storage options - you will find the right contacts for all relevant topics here. In addition to trade businesses, building material suppliers and specialists for age- and generation-appropriate construction and living will also be presenting themselves.

Important information that helps to save costs is available at the Idar-Oberstein building fair. In addition to around 50 exhibitors from all areas of construction, renovation and modernization, experts will provide tips and information on current building-related topics in the extensive supporting program.

The fair starts on Friday at 2 p.m. and will be officially opened at 2.30 p.m. by Mayor Friedrich Marx, energy consultant Christoph Benkendorff and fair boss Mirko Arend, followed by a hearty "Wurscht und Weck". At 4 p.m., energy consultant Christoph Benkendorff from Grünwerk GmbH will provide important information on energy innovations.

The fair is open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. on both Saturday and Sunday. At 11.45 a.m. on Saturday, Michael and Steffi Brill will report on their house conversion and provide crucial practical tips: "What works well - what should I look out for?". At 1 p.m., the topic of "Independence through photovoltaics with energy storage - a sustainable investment" will be highlighted by the company KLE. The Trier Police Headquarters will give a presentation on "Burglary protection for buildings" at 3 pm. The lecture by Christoph Benkendorff "20% less electricity consumption at least!" at 4.30 pm will be exciting.

Energy cost consultant Martin Monz will report on "Cost savings through personal support instead of self-service" on Sunday at 12.30 pm. The lecture "20% less heating costs - at least!" by energy consultant Christoph Benkendorff starts at 1:30 pm, at 3 pm Markus Alt from Kreissparkasse Birkenfeld will provide information on the topic of building savings and at 4 pm Andreas Michel will present "Custom-made insect and pollen protection".

At 5.30 pm, the modernization voucher in the amount of 1,000.00 euros will be raffled off among all participants. The voucher can be redeemed at the companies CP-Medisit Gmbh, Fliegengitter Michel, Schupp GmbH & Co. KG and Thiel Haustechnik when placing a new order.

The popular "Baustelle" bouncy castle is available in the foyer for younger visitors, where they can let off steam to their heart's content. And Manuel Loritz and his team will once again be offering delicious catering for anyone who would like a snack in between.

The trade fair team is very pleased that, in addition to the mainstays such as Leysser GmbH, Nagel Holzfachhandel and Heizungsbau Schupp, other renowned local companies such as Schmäler & Wenz and Haustechnik Thiel will once again be exhibiting at the construction trade fair. Nothing stands in the way of a successful Idar-Oberstein building fair.
