A hand-picked festival program awaits the audience over three days on four open-air stages within walking distance. Whether virtuoso jazz, cinematic nu-jazz or driving funk - a total of 23 bands will be performing. The special thing about it: the entire festival weekend can be visited completely free of charge. Retailers in the Idar district are also inviting visitors to an open Sunday on June 7 from 1 pm to 6 pm.
This year, the municipal cultural department has once again succeeded in bringing a musically extremely strong and diverse program to Idar-Oberstein, which impressively reflects the exciting range of the international music scene. In addition to established artists, the festival also deliberately offers a prominent platform to up-and-coming, dynamic acts.
