This year there will be no "Sports Badge Day", i.e. a central acceptance day, in the city of Idar-Oberstein. The reason for this is the low number of participants, which has steadily decreased in recent years. The few participants who complete the required disciplines are no longer in proportion to the effort involved, as a large number of volunteers are needed to complete the badge. The idea of offering the sports badge day together with a club did not come to fruition either. The plans for this were negatively influenced by incomprehensible statements from third parties. The topic was therefore shelved.
Nevertheless, some clubs are offering interested athletes the opportunity to perform and earn the sports badge for the year 2025. These are
