Public gatherings, processions and parades, insofar as they do not serve the practice of religion or correspond to the character of the holiday, as well as all public events and performances for entertainment purposes that are not adapted to the character of the holiday, are prohibited on All Saints' Day (November 1) from 1 p.m. to 8 p.m., on Memorial Day (November 17, 2024) and on Sunday of the Dead (November 24, 2024) from 4 a.m. and from December 24 at 1 p.m. up to and including December 26.
Public sporting or gymnastic events are prohibited on Remembrance Day and on the Sunday of the Dead until 1 pm and from December 24 at 1 pm to December 25 at 1 pm.
Public dances are prohibited on All Saints' Day, on Remembrance Day and on the Sunday of the Dead from 4 a.m. and from December 24 at 1 p.m. to December 25 at 4 p.m.
The Public Order Office would like to point out that a violation of the provisions of the State Holiday Act constitutes an administrative offense that can be punished with a fine.
